Lecoanet Hemant is an Haute Couture fashion house delivering deluxe ready-to-wear collections every season. Originally founded in Paris, France in 1984 the mark enjoyed it’s crowning success in ’94 as they won the Golden Thimble Fashion Award (le De d’Or). 

• Working directly with the design team to develop full prototypes of the entire collections for each season keeping in mind the aesthetic needs of the designer and practical requirements of the market 
• Coordinate activities between different departments to take the garment from the design stage to actual realization and finished product ready-ti-ship (Department – Embroidery/ Leather/ Metal/ Printing) 
• Conduct fittings with the design team to resolve any type of issues and concerning construction, sewing, fit
• Determine the feasibility of the garment production
• Mentor, guide and oversee modeliste in pattern making and draping
• Proficient in preparing technical documents required by the Production Department
• Manage the logistics of fabric and trim procurement
